I like working for LexisNexis, but job security remains an issue with AI improvements, off-shoring, and down-sizing.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I like working for LexisNexis, but the raises, when there are any, are woefully inadequate. I would prefer to use my Agile and expertise skills on projects, but very few opportunities have been made available, and am becoming increasingly more frustrated. Would like more advancement opportunities.

Enjoy working from home. There should be more opportunity for advancement. Recently management job was filled without posting about opening or opportunity to apply for position. It was very disappointing as limited opportunities to advance and feel jobs going to handpicked people and not open to all

I work from, but I have a schedule and my hours are not flexible.

Getting involved in projects that require my subject matter expertise. These opportunities are relatively few.

There were no raises this year and raises in the past have been very slim.

Healthcare options expensive; more contributions from employer. Compensation and equality of compensation not well explained; information on how my years of service and pay compare to others in similar situations is not available. Need more info on compensation.
