Best thing about our team is the collaborative atmosphere, team mates willing to help whenever they can.

The most positive is the fact that we can work from home several days a week.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

I don't feel my work is being recognized as it should; I don't feel valued by my managers. I'm doing some tasks that I'm not supposed to do.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The best part of our compensation package is probably the thirteen month we get paid, part of the health insurance cost being covered and the additional holiday day after 5 or 10 years in the company.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Recognize their trusted and talented employees and make sure to keep them in the company, rather than just look at the ROI of each team. Be able to recognize when a strategic decision is not right and change direction, especially when it comes to Product innovation.
