I work on a great team, smart, talented individuals that are always helping one another to achieve the companies goal.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Removing their biases, train managers to be more inclusive and be more professional. Listen more and not be so dismissive

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Listening to employees about their managers when there is an issue and be more supportive. Being more open to ideas and less judgmental. To continue to improve as "this is how is has always been" statement needs to stop. Be accountable and action orientated
