What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The feeling of hope that company wants to do the right thing and innovation of moving into the future.

What are some of the best things about your team?

They are problem solvers and love their "customers". They are adaptive, intelligent, caring, and always willing to help each other.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I believe comparable jobs would pay the market value, but because my job is a mixed bag we are paid less for what we do.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They are always trying new things. Recently they seemed more geared towards helping their employees and caring about their well being, but I still think their is room for improvement to make this company stand out.

What makes you most happy at work?

Having an impact on the business and seeing it in real time, especially when I get to do it with my team. I have always had a multitude of ideas to just discussed and now they are being implemented helping my "customers".

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

STREAMLINE. There is no bank of candidates that the whole company seems to pull from, you just apply for one job and if you don't get it then you have to re-apply instead of being passed to a different group. There is also NO FOLLOW UP if you do not pass the interview. That leaves a bad impression.
