coworker engagement, when I have a problem I can't figure out, someone is there to bounce ideas off of.

Engagement. They take the time to explain the direction of the company and encourage us to participate in every opportunity.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've been passed on for promotion for a while and learned that I am at the low end of what the company expects for someone in my position to be paid.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The willingness of most other employees to help when an issue or question comes up, even when it isn't their direct responsibility. They understand the benefit of helping will improve the overall work the company does and they act on it.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am able to do the work I am asked to do and am allowed the opportunity to engage without additional busywork to ensure I am engaged. The people I get to work with are exceptional and I appreciate their value is something the company seems to understand.
