
I think lots of reps are starting to wonder if AI will take our retention jobs in the future. I feel in the next 5 years or less AI will be able to create full package/pricing for customers. no reps will be needed. Very scary to think about the future that is why I put neutral for job security.

That they have their best interest in the staff. Having a high driven and confident workforce drives the business. As a top performer I feel the company values top reps to the lead the way for top results.
I feel half our team is motivated and the other have is just here collecting a check. I feel top performers need more accounts as we are proven year after year to carry the load anyway. Pay us more to take on that extra work. We welcome it and would for sure deliver consistently.
I feel base salaries should be higher as we hear month in and month out of how much money we profit. I feel putting some of that back in to more VC/salary budget would be nice. Even maybe a Christmas bonus? each employee gets a $1,000 for Christmas. Would boost morale for sure.
