increase cents on the dollar for commission/target -- esp for senior reps who are high achievers

Commission rates are too low, as is base. Base is not competitive with other sales jobs.

My base is the same level as someone they are bringjng in brand new despite tenure and superior results. Comp keeps going down as goals go up and support resources removed.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We care about eachother's success. Everyone is always willing to lend a hand to assist on a project, and to help everyone's continued improvement. We are friends. We get along well and have a lot of fun with eachother.
