I love working here, and the colleagues I get to work with; but have noticed some changes in the leadership approach and consequently, our culture, recently that dim my passion a little and make the modest salary less palatable.

It's fast-moving and varied - I love that for real, no two days are the same.

They are genuine, invested and willing to make time to consider new ways of doing things - happy for us to challenge the status quo.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are truly open - it's normal and welcome to contact anyone about what they're doing, and we can reliably accept a positive, productive exchange.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Very happy to pitch in, willing to make time to work on things together, and share their processes/what they're working on. Also just really smart - it's good to work with people who love what they do and are good at it!
