Collaboration and team work. Results based on motivation and action. Fair policy from leadership team. The only negative aspect is the rising cost of healthcare insurance with less contribution from the company passes the burden to the employees.

Good career opportunities, internal promotions, and work/life balance. Salary can/should be more competitive but looking at the fringe benefits of flexibility, available learning tools/channels, and autonomous work, its overall a good company to work for.

The people I work with keep the positivity and culture scores high. The flexibility of the work schedule and the autonomous work is also a positive.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Opportunities provided for employees to learn new technology and keep us with industry change. Global transparency i.e. Sharing regional updates and its impact to our organization and how it aligns with with our business values.
What makes you most happy at work?
New opportunities, and closing out priority work. It's becoming more difficult to expedite delivery of projects due to competing priorities and bandwidth, therefore each day that brings me closer to delivering a final outcome is a happy day.
