amazing experience with amazing teams selling potentially great solutions. issue comes from the feeling of not being heard especially when sharing clients feedback on how to improve our solutions. rewards and recognition limited and I see no potential of career opportunities

I would love to have compensation aligned with industry standard in the region as well as additional benefits offered in the region such as housing and education allowances which is considered basic in the region
