My overall experience is positive, however I believe it's very important for the company to offer the standard benefits offered in the region- for example, housing allowance and schooling.

loved my time over the last few years, except for the last few months. Management really need to value employees, and provide opportunities for learning and growth.

to be paid per the market, and for the rewards analyst to do a bench-marking exercise.

We are often given the opportunity to attend an open forum meeting with the SLT team- this is a wonderful initiative.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Poor new management who don't understand the market and the products we offer. micromanaging and putting too much pressure on us to do more admin work, instead of focusing on what really matters
