I have a light feeling when going to work. We have good benefits and pay but there are those that give better. One negative I can say is that leaders (top) seem to be in a rush. people have not yet mastered past initiatives or projects and new ones are being pushed. like trends.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Overall I like the company and greatful for the experience but recently it has become toxic for being so Positive in its "gleeful" in its approach and tooting it's own flute it has become disingenuous spread too thinly and is not living up to it's own tune. Axe commercial comes to mind

They do their best and are very cooperative, helpful and understanding of their peers and the company

getting meaningful work done efficiently and effectively. As well as making a positive impact on another employee

They are serious about their work but they don't take themselves too seriously. They have fun at work.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being Genuine and following what they preach especially with regard to being genuine. Also please stop boiling the ocean. you have so many priorities there is no priority at all

the work culture is very friendly and people help each other. all you need is ask for help and help will be there (even on non-work related matters). people are also eager to have a laugh or have fun
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Latest studies based on the experts hired/subscribed to by the Company shows my feild is among the most underpaid with high degree of responsibility/accountability. At most the company is only at average level but it expects people to raise the bar and deliver more.
