What does the leadership team need to get better at?
treat the workers fair put people before numbers instead of numbers before people at least act like they care about employees learn how to talk to employees

0 tolerance for bad work ethic or at best some type of consequence besides letting an absent employee come back from an unauthorized leave(5 mo) with a promotion and no dr. release.

The CEO might want to look into all his GM's. They all do not respect their employees and in such...has a big turnover in employees. No names mentioning but I think gender is a big issue with some GM's, not work ethic. Maybe I'm blind or misread body language, but it's noticeable.

I left LKQ because they need to behave like professionals, its very disapointing to work in their environment. I had a scheduled day off to take my son to the doctor, and because they don't organize, they forgot, they told me I couldn't leave, Im American. They spit on my right, I don't agree.

If I was appreciated and valued for the effort I make and more pay would be fair

If we were paid for mechanics rates performing mechanics work with tools supplied by a tool company not whatever random tools we round up from inside cars. Expected to let them furnish tools they wont.
