Bonus is acheivable, but added stock options for Store Managers would be nice and comparative to several other retailers

The amount of customer traffic and the sales

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I believe we could be a little more organized in terms of scheduling and who's duties are who's, but other than that it is a great company.
