Thier isnt always a fair work environment at times there is a lot of favoritism and there is alot of drama that doesnt need to be in a work place i come to work to Support my family and I do truly love the work I do but a lot of the time there is more stress than there needs to be

My employees are amazing they worked together as a team and for the most part are dependable

Most of us are like family because were with each other more than we are our own family
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe the job that I do I should be being paid more and that people that are in certain positions need to be doing there stuff they are getting paid for and not have that fall on other people and not show favoritism towards there family that works for us
