Our GM is very lazy and doesn't help to pick up the slack at all. Everything is throw on to the crew and other managers while our GM sits around

We are understaffed alot so orders never make it out on time and with all the new hires alot of the time it's just a sandwich made wrong
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Higher pay for the amount of work we do. It would help keep people hired as alot of the time people leave because of pay and our GM
