At my restaurant we get free meals. New employees get a free pair of slips resistant shoes. Medical insurance after a year for full time employees. Flexible schedule.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We treat each other with respect. I wish to be recognized for my contribution through feedback. I wish that managers learn how to manage their people taking into consideration that everyone has different personalities, and skills. Managers need to see the positive in people instead of judging.
