I work to hard for not enough and finding out that they pushed raises farther into the year with out informing managers was disrespectful.

Not a whole lot until district he actually acts on information I give him

They don’t exist at my store and if my store manager goes I go uninform
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Not informed unheard lack of feed back time a time is given and I stay late to cover and then am told not to get OT as if I choose to stay
