What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Employees getting along and bringing a postive vibe especially for those who may need a bit of support.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was kept in contact throughout the whole process getting told what will happen when and the overall process from me being interviewed to having my first trainee shift was quick.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
When a member of the leadership team notices you go above and beyond, you will get some sort of recognition whether thats a thank you card or employee of the month etc.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Majority of the leadership team in my store are very easy to talk to when you may need a bit of advice or a chat about something thats going on outside of work. They are sympathetic and help to the best of their ability.
