There are only a few people that do a good job working theyre mostly team members and theh make working there a lot better sometimes
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Yes i do. Ive been working there for months and ive stayed long than most people. I was even asked to become a manager, i denied but i was then told i can train ppl which is fine. Ive missed funerals hospital visits and birthdays bc they never EVER give me a day off if i need it.
