Wait times are ridiculously long for customers to get their orders. Often times customers will leave without their food.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I did not even have an interview. I showed up and was automatically put through "orientation" by signing papers.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I dont know who my executive team or CEO are. We need employees to be retained and quit leaving because of bad management. Poor scheduling of employees and poor communication are huge issues.
