One we are human we have a lot out of work but to go to work and still build stress and depression on top of it out of it NO but going to work should feel good and that u can leave ur stress depression outside the door and won't be more at work because we all do and work and learn everything but it'
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Training people right and training them for a few day properly and cross communicate would be great and understanding fast food restaurants
What are some of the best things about your team?
Some team members know how to work as teams but some team members are not trained properly to know the procedures due to not being trained the days they should be trained and us we have to work harder due to them not being trained properly
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Well to start not our managers work the way they should work nor does the GM manager work professionally or even look at their mistakes they have to train every crew member for everything in case they are short-handed but one person always has to do all the work
