its not crew thats a problem its managers and general manager abuse of power.

Respecting employees , stop speaking in a different language to speak negatively on your employees.

When i can do my job in peace and being on drive thru getting to see all the nice people and their cute dogs in the cars
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I dont get benefits. I would feel better if mcdonalds HR would come evaluate and speak to each crew member ANNOYNMOUSLY so they can see how many crew members are being treated horribly here
