I've never even met the CEO. So that's why I rated a 5. But it was brought to my attention that the assistant who hired me took very inappropriate steps in doing so. I'm contacting human resources to inform them that they verified my info from a 15 yr old instead of actually calling my references.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
When I get to work with employees that don't mind showing me how to do things without insulting me. Or getting on to me or something that I don't know because they didn't train me. Again I've only been there for a week so of course I'm not going to know everything. Management needs to be looked into
