I would improve how they would tell you what and exactly is what.

Everyone of my co-workers tend to be nice, I am good friends with a few of them.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because as an employee I should NOT be treated like a dog. I hardly even have proper training.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Get rid of the managers who take several smoke breaks and yell how we are not allowed to use the restroom and belittle and are cruel.
