McDonald's is not a company at 16 year-old should work and they work them like adults leave no time for study or homework. It's repulsive and something needs to change. For the company, company sake or your turnaround levels will remain high as I'm sure they are.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Some of the customers complain sometimes we make accidents. Not sure how you guys can improve that but look good luck trying.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communicating with the team and listening to their availability and do her job and schedule people according to their availability not McDonald's needs. We're talking about kids here. They don't need to work Monday through Friday during the school year.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The hours are unfeasible for teenagers that's a management problem or maybe that's an ownership problem because I can't believe that McDonald's expects teenagers to put McDonald's before school seeing how you have a scholarship program to help kids for the education
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My child comes home stressed and tired every day because she goes to school from 7 to 230 and then she hast to be at McDonald's from 4 to 10. You see my problem here she has no Scott time for school work at all. That's unacceptable for me.
