I have enjoyed my job and I have recently moved up to shift leader the only problem I have is I have to get to receive my promotional raise I am still making what I got hired in at as crew. I'm am one of five who have not received their raises and are given excuses when we ask for them.

Everyone has positive attitudes. And we all work together to make things work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There are many different ethnic backgrounds and cultures but we all are as one big family
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If I was given my raise when I got promoted. I drove two hours every week for two months passed the clas and got certified and yet still make the same as crew. The same pay I got hired in at almost a year ago.
