It's been overall fine but at my location there seems to be issues with management and treatment of employees specifically from a certain manager and the higher ups refuse to look into it despite complaints

It was quick and not much is needed

Good crewmembrs and management staff besides one of them
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Treating us like humans not machines and terminating corrupt managers
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I'm not really sure how to feel and none of it is particularly great
