Not so good so far they had kids under 16 working there, they also covered up several times that under aged workers where sexually harrased by managers at the store.

Need to do better job at trainig the managers even store managers

We are over worked by them by only focusing in labor and nothing else
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
They need to do better job at training new hires not just throw them in there like they know first day
