Poor example, favoring others while hard workers like me are treated bad, laugh at and when they do stuff against code along shorting items which we needed machines not stuff over stocked and mainly treated like kids not grown ups, doing homework for our pay, so much stress!

Leading better, all of them favor others and need to apply by rules not over doing unnecessary things wasting money!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They treat me badly, laughing at me and doing bad behavior by favoring them not good workers which they favor less even years of being there.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to do their jobs, iv clean night crews jobs every day and when I'm doing my job getting corrective even though I'm doing my nessary which always are good.
