Interestingly enough, we don't have meetings with every employee. Only the managers have sparce meetings.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked that ut was simple and fast. Plus the person ehi hired me was very good with the hiring process.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership team? I was unsure that we even had leaders at that restarunt. Its so unmanaged that my friends family came inside and said that it was atrocious. Luckily, I wasn't working that day, because who'd want to be associated with that.
