when I get to leave because I always have a bad day at work dealing with the things that be going on

I did not get a interview I got the job just because one of the manager knew me like I said very unprofessional

yes I feel undervalued anytime I have a problem they don't care about what I say if they don't like what anyone say they take days from you and don't tell you why they keeping shorting my days
What are some of the best things about your team?
I cant say anying good because they do what they want sit down on the clock if they manger like you they don't care there was time where I'll be the only one banging food and giving it and everyone was playing and talking
