The general manager will decide from orientation if she "gets a good feeling" about you and from then on her opinion will not change except negatively. If you question her in anyway, she will cut your hours, forcing you to get a another job. We have reached out to our owner and nothing has been done
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
People on the team are nice but afraid of upsetting the general manager.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was quick and simple. The only thing that was somewhat difficult was figuring out my schedule to work, but even that was quickly sorted out.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Managers encourage positivity and cooperation. They also tend to ask you what position would work best for you on your shift to make sure you can work fast and comfortably.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They listen to my complaints and try to help the best they can with what they have. They have also advocated for me on several occasions. They are beyond nice, except maybe one or two bad apples. The cooperation is one of the best I've ever seen in a job.
