What does the leadership team need to get better at?
At the store i was at, I feel the store manager needs to have leaders as managers and not followers as managers. Not people she can dominate but people she can rise to be great.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
i feel undervalued because i worked for four and a half years there and worked very hard. Made sure costumers were happy as soon as they walked through the front door. I gave it my all and in the end i was undervalued. But no regret because i loved doing what i did for people alone.
