Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We now have to purchase our own shoes. And never get a raise.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Being leaders. How do they expect people to follow rules if the managers and supervisors dont set a good example
What makes you most happy at work?
There is alot of drama and hostility. Coworkers will swaer at each other and sometimes walk out or threaten to hurt each other
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I do the work of 3 and only get paid to the work of 1. We are understaffed and when i ask about a raise i get told we didnt get raises because we didnt make enough this year.
