We are paid minimum wage and yelled at by management all day along with customers. We're understaffed at all times because of the high turn around due to being treated like you're worthless. If workers were treated better and paid enough to survive they would stay and service would be better.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

It's hard to work together when management is always destroying any friendships by scheduling you different hours and as soon as you get used to working with people they are switched out and replaced with someone brand new that you now have to train yet another person when you're not even a trainer.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Constantly understaffed because we are treated bad and not paid enough to survive. Hours get cut for making mistakes which is impossible not to in such a fast paced environment. Management always puts us down in front of customers which is a blow to any self esteem or respect left at this place.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

It's very difficult to work where there are new people I'm forced to train constantly when there are trainers that are paid to do the job but they don't have to do the work. No one is ever happy because of the constant belittling from management and customers which does no good at all.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Not yelling constantly at lower paid employees expecting them to do all the work while they sit and eat or talk on the phone. They harp at everyone about rules then turn around and break the same ones they just wrote people up for. Very shady to say the least. Embarrassment in front of customers.
