the commaradery between the hourly employees, not so much with management
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
theres not a meeting where things are translated PROPERLY ( Spanish/English) and then there are questions too not answered properly
What makes you most happy at work?
thye extremely fast paced enviroment makes days go quickly and i am there with 1 person i the kitchen and 1 manager fof 3 of my 9 hours, i run the front the drive-thru and counter by myself
