Big business makes plenty of money, they need to spend more giving back to employees that deserve the privilege of some perks and maybe the employees would appreciate the company more.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The actual day to day hands on work done at the business is managed by great people that are employees like myself but they have worked their way up in order to have benefits offered to them. Yet those benefits should be offered to all employees at least after the first thirty days.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel myself and many other employees are purposely only given part time hours so that this company doesn't have to make benefits such as health care available to us. As such, this company should at least pay a higher hourly wage since they aren't spending on benefits for many of their employees.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
TI feel the general moral of my coworkers would be better if we were paid a more competitive wage. I think many take this job from the sheer need of employment but they do not give it their best try because they are only here until they find a better job, one with better pay and benefits.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive cultural part about the company I work for is that it is a well known business and it's well loved by many people from all over the world as they view it as an American icon, so I believe it will be around for a long time yet which reflects also in the environment at the job.
