The general manager was easy going.
It's higher than most places.
Communication and enforcing rules for everyone, not just certain people.
Communicating with each other and helping with jobs that arent their own when they see another crew member struggling.
A lot of the customers are really nice and you get to know the regulars fairly quickly and when you do, they get excited to see you as well.
There is always tons of drama between managers to crew and crew to crew as well as manager to manager, but rather than solving the issues most people just talk behind your back in an attempt to make themselves look better.
