Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There's a lack of appreciation between the corporate level and the working force on the ground. I personally put in a lot of extra hours simply because I need the money and sometimes take on additional shifts that other employees failed to cover, and hardly ever even get acknowledged for it.
