I have a very well rounded knowledge of the different stations in the restaurant just short of being a manager.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Communication is always key without it everyone will lose valuable time in doing their jobs and or task.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Time off...PAID! Having vacation paid for is the best all round it helps with morale and it helps with being more productive.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I am at least around a group of people who understand their jobs and can do it very well without being asked.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Being asked what are my favorite things to do which translated where I was trained at first which was the grill area.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I first clock in and knowing very well the countdown has started and there's a light at the end of the tunnel.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They have to understand at the core of business what actually helps drive the necessary results which means having intelligent people through and through otherwise the company will fall into hamster in the cage trap with no end in sight.
