I love working at McDonald's. Love all the people I work with and it makes work easier to deal with.

It didn't take long and they hired me on the spot.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is happy and does their job effectively. And we can joke around and have fun with one another.
What makes you most happy at work?
The fact that we all get along. And the shift goes by fast because we have a pretty busy store.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They all work well together to get the job done. And they will come in for each other when need be.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They work together as a team. Which makes things run smoothly. They all get along and help each other out whenever it is needed. Love my leadership team!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They don't offer much in the way of compensation. But I guess most companies have had to cut back on those kinds of things. That is why I am going to college.
