Store manager needs to care more about the store and the employees.

The leadership team needs to focus on the store. They treat employees very negetively and this affects everyone’s work.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Store manager needs to be more focused on the store and customers. We constantly get negative feedback from customers about how the store manager acts
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I get along with all coworkers. I help whenever I can and they do the same for me. What they need is positive feedback from store manager to reinforce their good work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because I work very hard, help anyone that needs help and I even do most of the store manager’s work because “they hate paperwork “ but I don’t get any more money than any other manager.
