Better wages and more reasonable hours.

The food is tasty during our breaks, at the very least.

We are not paid enough and it’s disrespectful to believe that they cannot afford

They are willing to work with you on important days you need time off for, even on short notice.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Everyone needs to be better motivated and this would easily be achieved by giving us something to value, like respectable hourly pay and health insurance.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Paying the bare minimum wage when the CEO rots in pools of cash that wouldn’t be possible without those on the front lines, flipping burgers and dipping fries in grease, is an absolute disgrace. No health insurance either? I should be scrubbing toilets at publ
