It was very simple, to the point, and they were efficient.

We get paid well for what we do, but as a crew member, we don't receive any benefits.
What makes you most happy at work?
The regular customers are the best part. I have developed such a friendly relationship with so many people in the community.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team takes suggestions and the members are very vocal about what they like and what they dislike. You are never left guessing.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company is amazing. I had the experience to go to McDonald's International Convention and the experience was absolutely amazing. It is clear that the company cares for their employees.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most of us are friends and we have a lot of fun working together. Everyone in the store wants to be the best, so we have a friendly competition to get the best ratings on surveys.
