What did you like most about the interview process?
It Was very quick and informational.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Were a franchise and unfortunetly after 4 years nothing has improved.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being actual leaders. Not standing back and watching your team struggle.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
None the Insurance They Finally offer is still to much and Theres no 401k or other investment opportunities
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
They need to quit running the crew and managers on skeleton crew so better service can be provided along with better training.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Alot of our Crew are minors That do alot of no call no shows. I think if managment made it a more team oriented place They would call out less.
