it was quick simple and straight to the point
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that pay for this type of work should be way higher than what i was given.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The only problem I had is that they are too short staffed which leaves noone to train new employees properly. If a new employee isnt trained properly then why would they want to stay?
