it was easy for me as I was a rehire.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We know most of our customers and are treated like friends

most of the crew can do better if we all start acting like a team instead of one shift against another
What do you like best about the leadership team?
they could be better and they could be worse i wish that the rules applied for everybody and not just the non-favorites
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
they need to be more of a team thinker than just an I thinker. unless they think about what I can do to improve this team
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
yes the nights that i work overnight should be compensated as there are less crew working than the 6-2 or the 2-10 shifts and sometimes it is just one person
