Child-like behavior and management lacks the skills to run a good work environment.
What did you like most about the interview process?
That there was zero stress about whether you were going to get hired.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There are small simple changes that can help improve the company. However, if I voice that opinion then it won't be "my" idea and I would much rather take my skills and drive to succeed to another company.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership has always been immature. The work environment is toxic because they let the employees get away with so much without consequences. People don't stay there for long because of this. It wouldn't be a bad job if they had you on a set schedule weekly and if management wasn't this bad
