Working or the company felt like a family. It is a very stressful job with a lot more that people realize. you must wear many hats and embrace change. Overall a good company to work for.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They do take their jobs seriously and we are like a family. They all work hard.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I have a good crew and shift managers that are good leaders. people who are hungry to learn to improve their work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
When we get together as a team everything moves more effectively. Teamwork and building teamwork and leaders in a company is a positive things.
What did you like most about the interview process?
My interviewer ended up being my mentor as time progressed. she handled the interview very professionally and never made me feel nervous but made me want the job even more.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better pay for senior managers who preform to the standards of the company and show improvement. after the min wage increase some managers barely got dollar raise even through new crew members were making the same amount as I was as a new manager.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Worked for the company 6 plus years. while I loved working there and how challenging it was. they do put a lot of stress on the managers shoulders. it would be better if the support managers were shown how to better help their department managers. (not all stores are like this but that was my store)
